Dr. Ratan Chaudhary and Gautam Singh, mother son duo harmoniously imagined and extended Ratan Villas’s colonial facades, creating an interplay with horizons of white walls. The spacious and cool rooms are veiled in precious fabrics and furnished with contemporary designs made from old Shisham and Teak wood. A custom- made swimming pool borders the shady, lush garden. Here is an elegant interplay of influences and eras, just as you’d find in old British Raj era.

We couldn't make Ratan Villas more beautiful, so we thought we'd simply make it more comfortable. We began with the understanding that the most luxurious things in the world are peace, tranquility and harmony, and that whatever we do should only enhance these pillars of our philosophy. The result is a resort architecture that has a peacock feather leitmotif, where each of the guest villas bespeaks a happy marriage of heritage and modern luxury. From the outside, the dwellings subtly incorporate the colors and textures of the landscape in every detail; while within, the sumptuous interiors reflect a vernacular sensitivity that goes beyond mere lip service. From the ethnic furniture and luxury fittings, through the heritage patterned furnishings and drapery, to the little touches like the 'Cage Mud' lamp shades, the sum of the parts is a harmonious whole.

Considering the vast amounts of energy required, we have not provided heating at the pool and bath tubs at the resort. Thank you for helping us meet our Responsible Tourism objective of keeping our ecological footprints small.

The luxury resort features 22 luxury villas and 6 rooms set around 4 serene acres of land. The rooms within this luxurious ambiance have most of the modern amenities and a blend of contemporary comfort with traditional elegance. The cottage bedrooms are based on British architecture to spring up and provide extreme comfort even in the remotest of locations to the royal guest @ Ratan Villas !!

This family villa or suite cottage is ideal for friends travelling together or families on a relaxing holiday. These villas come with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a private garden.

Catch a glimpse of the large front lawn with an hip pool over-looking the forest and the Aravalli Hills from these villa.

Our property is an oasis surrounded by reserved forest, and it is a thorough privilege to be so close to nature. If you book, come with the purpose of living in the hills of India’s holiest life force, the Mount Abu – Land of Gods, for the call of the roaring bear, or the midnight roar of the leopard; and for that lovely dull ache after a busy day in the great outdoors. This expectation will help you enjoy your holiday better, and we appreciate guests who realise this opportunity to commune with nature.

50% of the property is built on a hillside, and you will have to walk a series of steep paths and steps to reach your cottage. If your group includes infants, small kids and infirm elders, do request for cottages closer to the reception.
We do not have wifi in rooms and mini bars in our rooms.
We will replace bed linen & towels once every 2 days. We are in the Aravali’s, where water is in perennial shortage. We appreciate your sensitivity to our location.
We are happy to host your maids as part of your family, at standard rates.
2 of our family units are single-storied and are interconnected.
Our Four Season restaurant operates only during regular meal times, not 24X7 and it is located on first floor.
We do not allow loud music, DJ nights or personal music in central and public areas.
